Hardox® Team from SSAB Visits Tempus to Deepen Global Collaboration on Wear-Resistant Solutions

On March 20th, the Hardox® product distribution team from Geha Laverman, a Dutch subsidiary of SSAB (Swedish Steel Group), visited Tempus (优钢) for an in-depth exchange and technical inspection. The visit marked another step forward in the long-standing partnership between the two companies, which began in 2012 with the integration of Tempus’s IMTUFF® composite materials and Hardox® wear-resistant steel plates to deliver comprehensive wear solutions to global clients.

Accompanied by Mr. Shaun Lou, Chairman of Tempus, and Vice General Manager Mr. Peng Fei, the Hardox® team toured Tempus’s production facilities and gained a deeper understanding of its process control systems. During the discussions, both sides explored the enhanced hardness, wear resistance, and impact strength of Tempus’s latest IMTUFF® molten composite technology. The Hardox® team also expressed strong recognition for Tempus’s commitment to green, sustainable development and full compliance in corporate governance.

Mr. Piet, General Manager of Geha Laverman, highlighted the shared values between Tempus and SSAB in areas such as low-carbon operations, workplace safety, and intellectual property protection.
