At TEMPUS, our vision is to be regarded as leader in environmental protection, not only by our customers but by our industrial neighbours and local residents. We aim to set an example for the next generation steel foundry. To achieve this, we will need to exceed relevant environmental regulations and occupational health and safety standards, and in doing so, to attract the highest calibre of customers and employees to our workforce.
Unique Sand Reclamation System
At TEMPUS, we use ceramic sand for moulding, which is unbreakable and super heat-resistant. The used sand can be fully recycled with minimal dust emission during the process. Water is also recycled for repeat use in the process.
Green Power
At TEMPUS, we use a photovoltaic power generation system, which provides up to 1.6 million KW each year. The green power is fully utilised for foundry daytime operations.
Smoke & Dust Control
Smoke and dust control with filtration at melting, pouring and fettling operations.
Clean & Organized Workplace
At TEMPUS we apply the 5S management concepts and have created a clean and organized workplace.
