Apron Feeder Pans

Apron feeder pans are used in a variety of demanding ore extraction and feeding applications and are required to be of robust design and material to withstand extreme impact and wear conditions in service.

	TEMPUS feeder pans are cast in high-quality austenitic manganese steel, alloyed for superior impact and wear-resistant properties. A wide range of designs in terms of size and weight are accommodated by TEMPUS dedicated feeder pan production line, including automated moulding, heat treatment and CNC machining.
Stringent quality assurance systems in metallurgy and dimensional inspection ensure the premium quality of TEMPUS feeder pans. Each feeder pan is dimensionally checked and assembled on a fixed test gauge to confirm bolt hole accuracy and fitment with the adjacent pans, which are then numbered and packed in assembly order.
	Comprehensive quality reports are issued for each set of feeder pans, including material chemical analysis, microstructure, heat treatment and dimensional inspection.
